On November 21-22, 2019, two seminars entitled Hybridity of Academic/Scientific Discourses: Implications for EAP Research and Pedagogy and Research Methodology (interactive panel) were delivered by Dr. Davud Kuhi. The Seminars were organized by the Department of English Language and Literature. Staff members, MA students and PhD candidates attended the seminars. The Head of the English Language and Literature Department Dr. Bahman Amani gave the opening speech and provided the participants with information about the International Conference on the Philosophy of Language, Literature and Linguistics which is going to be held on 12-13 March 2020 at Khazar University and hoped that the said seminar would help the participants prepare the conference papers.

After delivering the opening speech, Dr. Bahman Amani gave the floor to the seminar holder Dr. Davud Kuhi. During his successful presentations, Dr. Kuhi provided the participants with considerable knowledge on the hybridity of academic/scientific discourses and conducted an interactive panel on pedagogy and research methodology.

At the end of the last seminar day, the certificates were tendered to the seminar participants.
