Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) Baku LLC is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

 

  • Working on Research and Development tasks (within retail and marketing)

Proqramın məqsədi: Seçilən iştirakçılar hər bazar günü danışıq klublarında və ya debatlarda hər dəfə bir mövzu təqdimat formasında təqdim  edir və  müzakirə sualları hazır edir. Klub iştirakçı tələbələrinə hər dəfə mövzu üzrə yeni sözlər təqdim edilir.

 Civil Engineering.  The position foresees the capability to work independently, to make civil engineering calculations and design. Advanced English.

Duties:

  • Executing the assigned drafting activities in accordance with the Civil Discipline Guidelines, job requirements, time schedule following the instructions given by the Lead Civil / Structural Designer or Specialty Engineer
  • Keeping the Lead Civil / Structural Designer or Specialty Engineer fully informed on the status of his activities
  • Ensuring adequate flow of information within the job team
  • Checking of the drawings following the established work instructions
  • Filing drawings and documents according to the instructions of Lead Civil / Structural Designer or Specialty Engineer
  • Observing the ethic of confidenti­ality on technologies licensed by clients or third parties

 

  Electrical Engineering. The position foresees the capability to work independently, to make electrical engineering design and related calculations. Advanced English.

The Electrical Engineer is entitled to perform the following activities.

  • Preparation of Design Standards and Engineering Standards.
  • Preparation of Material Requisition and Job Specification index.
  • Preparation of equipment and system Job  Specification.
  • Preparation of the one line diagrams, logic diagrams and complex schematic diagrams.
  • Preparation of Material Requisitions for all system, machinery and equipment (generators, transformers motors, switchgears instrument power supplies etc.).
  • System calculation as load flow, short circuit, voltage profile, reacceleration etc.

 

   HSE. The position foresees the capability to work independently. Advanced English.

Duties:

  • Collaborates with Project Managers in drawing up and follow up the HSE Plans (for engineering matters) concerning specific projects.
  • Gives assistance to the Project Teams for the permitting activities.
  • Consults and co-ordinates in writing, developing and updating safety procedures during design phase, in particular in compliance with new European Directives requirements.
  • Interface with Client (both actual and prospective) for responding to its requests / concerns on HSE design matter relevant to FWI projects and proposals.
  • Takes part and / or provides the participation in HSE Studies and reviews.
  • Visits the sites for a review during the construct phase and verify the Safety in Design and the exhaustive and timing application of the European Directives.

 

   QA/QC. The position foresees the capability to work independently. Advanced English.

 

   Piping Draftsmen. Related experience for no less than 1 year. Advanced English.

The A/G Piping Designer is responsible for:

 

  • Executing the assigned design and drafting activities following the instructions given by the Piping Discipline Leader and in accordance with the quality system in force within the Discipline, job requirements, time schedule.
  • Developing complex layout study under the supervision and following the instructions of Piping Discipline Leader according to the established work instructions.
  • Preparing the site layout, piping infrastructure layouts, determining the coordinates for the territory.
  • Dividing the site area into zones and providing their layouts
  • Checking, following the applicable work instructions, the Engineering drawings prepared by other A/G Piping draftsmen  of the team.
  • Filing drawings and documents according to the instructions of Piping Discipline Leader.
  • Observing the ethic of confidentiality on technologies licensed by Clients or Third parties.
  • Providing "Feedback" to the Piping Discipline Leader concerning problem arising from application of standard methods and work instruction. 

 

  Project Engineer. Related experience for no less than 1 year. Advanced English.

Position has responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. 

  • Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; monitors work for
  • compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and CECC standards;
  • ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all
  • disciplines and all other project participants.
  • Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their
  • activities with other project participants, and that the requirements of the Contract are being
  • satisfied.  Not responsible to ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details in
  • areas where not qualified.  Expected however, to have sufficient technical knowledge and
  • awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the
  • various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.

 

   Instrument. Related experience for no less than 1 year. Advanced English.

Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and/or modification of the

following:

  •  Instrument drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.
  • Project controls, cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
  • Requires a broad knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and a solid knowledge of principles and practices of related technical areas.

POSITION: Volunteer

AzNEXT LLC is seeking motivated, smart, dynamic ladies and young men with 21st century skills.

 

The volunteer position will be for two months.  Testing exercises will be given to check candidates’ research, analysis and presentation skills about technology fields. Those exercises will also help them understand the meaning of the jobs in AzNEXT LLC.  Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages and Computer Science is required. Candidates’ age must be over 18.

 

After September 2013, the selected candidates will be offered part time or full time Jobs. Depending on their test results, various positions may be offered, including:

  • Office Manager/Reception/Secretary (3-in-one)
  • Digital Content Manager (web site, brochures, graphic and video content preparation)
  • Training Manager (Cisco Networking Academy and Future Vendor Training Programs)
