Mission

The Department of English Language and Literature has a broad mission of meeting the University Requirements of Khazar University in terms of subjects from the English language along with Azerbaijani studies, as well as providing continuity in the major and elective subject studies for the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Furthermore, the department pursues the goals of educating students to be competent in all aspects of the English language and be able to carry out wide research works by using relevant sources given in English on their subject matter.
