Director of the Center, Doctor of Economy Mr. Ingilab Ahmadov recently has past 3 months course on Economics of Energy in Euro-Asian Studies Centre at the University of Reading (UK) within the framework of Chevening Programme.

Under his leadership the preliminary staff of the Centre is being formed. Through involving them to projects the expert base of the Centre is being created as well.

The Centre’s financial opportunities as well as skills/ability are being formed with help of “supporting projects to raise capacity building” that are envisaged for the broadening institutional opportunities. The Centre’s Activity Plan is being developed. Targets for one year period are being determined.
