Scholarly Assembly Dedicated to Fuzuli was held
A musical and literary/ scholarly meeting prepared by teachers and students of “Dunya” School entitled “Fuzuli Rindu Sheydadir” (after a line from a famous Fuzuli poem) in honor of Mahammad Fuzuli was held at Khazar University’s downtown campus. Presentations were made at the event by the founder of “Dunya” School and Khazar University as well as the chairman of the university’s Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli; Fuzuli scholar, member of ANAS and Doctor of Philology Professor Teymur Karimli; and Doctor of Philology Mohsun Naghisoylu made presentations at the event.
The “Dunya” School faculty and students acted out scenes and played music based on Fuzuli’s writings. Their professional performances were met with enthusiastic applause by the audience.
