Khazar means Caspian and just like Caspian Sea, Khazar University stands out ideally unique among institution of learning like its type. Nobody is left behind, like in a moving train; 'EVERYBODY' is carried along in the most suitable, most comfortable and most conducive atmosphere for maximum efficiency of mental productivity.

Khazar University has in all spheres scored very high; the level of impartation of general knowledge to its student can be compared to none. In a very special way, this small body, (Khazar university) has interwoven people from different geographical background, races, tribes, religion (especially) and nationality. The key word on every students lip is 'GARDASH' (meaning 'BROTHER' -Azeri language), everybody is everyone's brother irrespective of background differences.

Best is Khazar, and Khazar to me is nothing less than the best for what it represents.
