Some Helpful Tips for Admitted Students
The Pre-Arrival Guide, which you should have received from us before
you reached Khazar University, gave some guidance about how much money
you needed to bring with you to ensure you could afford to live and
study here at Khazar University.
If you do find yourself in financial difficulty the assistance
we can offer is limited. The University has no funds available to
help international students and, as an international student, you
will not be eligible for any student grants, loans, hardship funds
or welfare benefits. You therefore need to make sure the money you
do have goes as far as possible.
Apart from university fees and accommodation costs there are various
costs you need to be aware of. Outlined below are some figures from
a recent survey conducted by the Department of Student Support Services
which show the average expenditure of a Khazar University student
in each area.
