Completed application forms should be sent directly to the office of the
international students accompanied by documents regarding applicant's previous
education.

Successful candidates will be sent letters of admission with which
they will take to the embassy to apply for visas to Azerbaijan although
the university will also fax a copy of this letter to the embassy.
In a situation whereby the Azerbaijan embassy is not present in
applicant's own country, the university procures entrance visas
(in paper form) and sends to the applicant.
It should be noted that this is not a student visa but allows the
applicant stay in Azerbaijan for a limited period of time. On arrival,
such applicants are also expected to pay $40 at the port of entry
to officially stamp the visas on their passports.
Furthermore, the applicant is expected to sign an agreement with
the University before resumption of the semester.
The university helps you in procuring the student visas which defines
your status in Azerbaijan and to register your passport with police
department. Each of these attracts a fee of $20 and $10 respectively
though the fees may be subject to change.
