On December 11, 2007 there was held a traditional meeting of the freshmen with President of Khazar University, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli. Knyaz Aslan, the Associate Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Deputy Editor of the “Khazar View” magazine opened the meeting and briefed the students about the life and creative activity of Professor Hamlet Isaxanli. Then Professor Hamlet Isaxanli took floor and spoke about Khazar University’s achievements in the fields of science, education and future perspective plans. At the end of the session, he answered a number of questions addressed to him by the participants.
