On February 9, 2007 Dr. Marya Levintova, International Program Officer, Russia, Eurasia and the Arctic Affairs Division, Foqaty International Center of National Institute of Health met with President of Khazar Univerity Professor Hamlet Isaxanli. The guest provided information on the Partnership programs and grants financed and supported by the National Institute of Health. Participation of experts and teachers from the Health-related fields of the University in current programs and joint implementation of scientific research works were discussed at this meeting.
