On April 16, 2008 Dr. Jeffrey Gedmin, President of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty was a guest at Khazar University by the invitation of Institute of Politics. Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, President of Khazar University made an opening speech outlining professional activity of the guest.

Dr. Jeffrey Gedmin talked mainly about the history and functions of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.

At the end the students had an opportunity to ask their questions.
