In a special ceremonial meeting,
President of Estonia EuroUniversity Yuri Martin presented a
diploma Honorary Doctorate of Euro University to the
President of Khazar University , professor Hamlet Isaxanli.
The ceremony was attended by

Bassel, the President of Russian Popular Cultural
University, professor, Yuri Martin, the President of
Estonian EuroUniversity, academician Artur Last, the
oriental studies researcher of Audentes University, Georgi
