On December 27, 2007 professor Hamlet Isaxanli received the Director of Alexandria Library (Egypt) Ismayil Seragheldin. The guest speaker delivered a lecture on “Urban culture: History, Today and Tomorrow”. Following this Professor Hamlet Isaxanli gave brief information about the life and creative activity of the honorable guest. By the decision of the Scientific and Administrative Council of Khazar University Mr. Ismayil Seragheldin was awarded the title of honorary doctor of Khazar University. The meeting was ended by the performance of the song and dance ensemble of Khazar University.
