On January 14, 2008 President of Khazar University, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli met with Ambassador of Turkey in Azerbaijan at the Turkish Embassy in Baku. The parties discussed issues of further developments of mutual relationship in the fields of science and education between Turkey and Khazar University.
