Meeting in the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy

A meeting with Goli Amery, Assistant Secretary of State (US) for Educational and Cultural Affairs, VS State Department was held in the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (Caspian Plaza).  The President of Khazar University Hamlet Isaxanli participated in the meeting and contributed to the discussion.
