Khazar University came out to be the first

According to the results of the survey conducted by Public TV on 16 September 2008, Khazar University was nominated as the best private University in Azerbaijan.  Qafqaz University also got the same nomination award. Besides these, two state Universities- Baku State University and Academy of Public Management under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan were also among these distinguished nominees.
