Khazar University Song and Dance Ensemble with a group of 22 students  participated in the 11^th Annual International Mediterranean Youth Festival organized by Akdeniz University of Turkey in Antalya.

Khazar University ensemble was among the participants from Bosnia, Herzegovina, Slovenia, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Croatia, Libya and 18 Turkish Universities. The students' performance on May 06-10 was met with great interest. 

Azerbaijan representatives extended President of Khazar University professor Hamlet Isaxanli's heart felt greetings and handed the souvenirs sent by him to  the President of Akdeniz University in Turkey professor Mehmet Akaydin. Khazar University students also distributed the CDs about Khojali massacre among the participants.

During the festival, a group of Khazar University students together with other festival participants went on an excursion to some historical and cultural places of interest in Aspendos - Turkey.
