The 25-th Graduation Ceremony was held in "Dunya" Concert Hall of Khazar University on October 5. Khazar University rector, professor Hamlet Isaxanli congratulated the alumni and wished them success in their future career. The alumni were awarded with graduation diplomas by faculty deans.
