Financial and Management Policy Reforms

A meeting was held in the office of Khazar University President Hamlet Isaxanli to discuss with staff members the issues of improvement to management and financial policy.

A commission was formed for determining new job descriptions, divisions and categories within each job responsibilities and financial planning all to be effective from October of this year.
