Deputy Prime Minister received President H.Isaxanli

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elchin Afandiyev received Minister of Education professor Misir Mardanov, and President and Founder of Khazar University professor Hamlet Isaxanli - a member of the Education Commission under the President of Azerbaijan. The meting participants exchanged their views on the status of new Programme of Education Reforms in the field of Higher Education.
