On December 12, 2006 Alex Porter, representative of Caucasus Regional Information Technology Incubator Program was received by Khazar University’s vice-president Prof. Mahammad Nuriyev. Current opportunities in Azerbaijan on the creation of Information Technology Incubator were discussed at the meeting. Khazar University’s possible participation in the project was given a careful consideration.
