A seminar on Higher Education in Azerbaijan

A seminar on Higher Education in Azerbaijan, jointly organized by the World Bank and Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan was held. The main purpose of the event was to discuss effective implementation of reforms in higher education in Azerbaijan. Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, President of Khazar University, chaired the first session of the seminar. He also participated in other sessions of the seminar as a speaker and discussant.
