On December 13, 2007 a meeting of the Working Group of the Commission on Education under the Azerbaijan President was held at Khazar University. The meeting chaired by Hamlet Isaxanli discussed the proposals by the Higher Education Institutions of Azerbaijan and accepted the final version of the educational classification on Baccalaureate degree level.
