On January 12, 2008 a meeting of a Commission on Education under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic was held. Member of the Commission, President of Khazar University, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli made a speech on “Current situation with Higher Education Majors (programmes) and future perspectives”. Broad discussions were conducted around the speech.
