A holiday ceremony devoted to 8 March  International Women’s day was held at Khazar University. University President Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli congratulated the women on this holiday, wished them  good health, happiness, good family fortune and success in work; and later recited his poetry. Vice-Presidents Prof. Mahammad Nouriyev and Prof. Rafig Ahmadov said warm words to their  women colleagues and congratulated them. The President’s assistant Isaxan Isaxanli made a speech and recited a verse of Russian poet Alexander Blok in his translation. The guest of the holiday ceremony, cinema-producer Tofig Ismayilov, congratulated the women and said that he was very pleased about his acquaintance with Khazar University.
