The founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, met with Rahima Mammadova, a 3rd-year student of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, who participated in the 3rd International “Society Founded on the Scientific/ Technical Creativity and Knowledge of Youth” Scholarly Conference in Moscow.
