• 12.05.2012: Hamlet Isaxanli’s article published in New Baku Post Newspaper The founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, wrote an article that was published in the New Baku Post newspaper on May 12th, 2012.
